Who has the final say?
This entry describes the final say as the question of who is treated as the last word when the two people do not agree, on money, children, or the household. It notes that a standing last word can be named, assumed, or taken, and that silence is not the same as consent to that arrangement.
What this entry does not do
It does not name one spouse as the head of the household, and it does not replace the entry on how couples make decisions.
