What is location tracking in a couple?
This entry describes location tracking as the use of a phone, an app, or a shared device to know where a partner is, with or without that person's ongoing yes. It notes that a one-time share for safety on a trip is not the same as a standing watch, and that the question is consent and control, not the tool.
What this entry does not do
It does not describe how to track a person, and it does not replace the entry on checking phones or on jealousy as control.
