What is financial infidelity?
This entry describes financial infidelity as hiding money facts that would change a partner's decisions: secret debt, a hidden account, large spending not disclosed, or income kept off the household books. It treats the harm as the concealment, not as a dispute about a purchase both people already knew about.
What this entry does not do
It does not require fully joint accounts, and it does not calculate what a spouse may spend alone.
