What is anxious attachment?
This entry describes anxious attachment as a pattern of seeking frequent reassurance, reading delay as rejection, and finding it hard to settle until the partner responds. It separates that pattern from a single worried day after a real breach of trust.
What this entry does not do
It does not diagnose a person or say that the more anxious partner is the one who must change.
